Obviously, Rick O'Shay is a nom de plume--not my real name but created for fun based on an old cartoon show called Ricochet Rabbit

I am a writer/photographer based in central Illinois. I have operated a photography studio and worked as a photojournalist and medical photographer. Recently, I have started writing cartoon gags for a few syndicated cartoonists.

Blogging is sort of a new thing for me and will write some more later.
